I had a good stay and I will come back. Breakfast was warm, wonderful views, perfect location short walk to Union Square and San Francisco and shops. The staff there were absolutely brilliant and best. Well heated, freshly renovated rooms and luxurious bathrooms. I really enjoyed natural lighting.

the venue is majestic, fairly clean and the location is unbeatable near to union square, cable cars and shops. the rooms with free wifi, breakfast is served and comfortable bed.

I had an enjoyable stay here, great value-to-price ratio. The hospitable service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Cool drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise. Really perfectly located hotel. What's more, it was next to downtown, a parking garage nearby, Union Square.

Quite comfortable stay, as always. Room was pleasant, EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Low-budget hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown. I used private parking nearby.

Really enjoyed this place, it was clean and had perfect staff and location. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown San Francisco district. Very comfortable stay in the sketchy area.
